Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.

Karen Cramer, MS, LPC, LCDC

My love for the outdoors, camping, and exploration translates to the approach to my work. I combine openness, empathy, directness and humor in order to help gain depth and insight.

I’ve been able to find JOY in the journey - we all deserve to.

Welcome to My Story

Don’t you wake up some mornings and think…

How did I get here?

Like a typical hero’s journey, I began my career in corporate America.

I actually thrived in the software sales industry for years, craving the fast-paced, high-stakes environment. However, as rewarding as my career was, I found myself yearning for a deeper connection to the work I did and the people I served.

Simply working hard for its own sake can be a distraction, pulling you away from genuine fulfillment and your deepest values.

This reflection led me back to school, where I earned a graduate degree in Counseling, turning a new page in my life.

Through both my professional pivot and personal experiences, I’ve learned that seeking guidance, taking life one step at a time, and having a supportive circle are crucial for overcoming obstacles and achieving goals.

The mission of my practice is to work with women who are going through transition in their lives.
