Typically, sessions last between 50 to 60 minutes.

The frequency of sessions is weekly. We can discuss and determine the best schedule during our initial sessions.

My fee is $130 for self-pay. I accept some insurance plans and can help you determine your co-pay costs or your Out-of-Network benefits. We will review the costs in your consultation appointment so there are no surprises.
For Out-of-Network benefits, we also provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for partial or full reimbursement depending on your plan. You will also be provided a "Good Faith Estimate" (GFE), which will help you prepare for out of pocket charges for the calendar year.

I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.
